Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Full-time temporary up to 8/8/25 About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Project Officer to join the Project Management Office at Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). In this senior role, you will play a pivotal part in providing high-quality support and strategic advice to the senior executive team, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives. You will bring your expertise in project management, data analysis, and research to undertake complex benchmarking and best practice exercises, enabling the organisation to drive continuous improvement across its operations. As a Principal Project Officer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Operations, preparing high-level executive correspondence, reports, and presentations. Your ability to synthesise strategic information and lead the development of policies, procedures, and systems will be crucial in driving CALHN’s success. This role requires someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the initiative to tackle sensitive and complex issues, all while fostering a collaborative environment that supports the organisation’s mission. About You: To thrive in this role, you will bring a diverse range of skills, experience, and knowledge, including: Strong understanding of Work Health Safety and Return to Work Acts, applying risk management principles. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels. Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver successful outcomes independently. Demonstrated experience in report preparation, stakeholder engagement, and research, with a focus on strategic planning and policy development.
