Delta Community Support is a registered NDIS Provider based in Virginia QLD in Brisbanes North, with a growing customer base. At the forefront of what we do is that we value our customer base and ensure their quality of care is met through our quality service provision which is unique to the NDIS sector, dedicated to delivering exceptional support and services to individuals with disabilities. Our team is growing and so is our services. We provide SIL, Community Access and In Home Support and much more to customers in the NDIS. With a customer base from Sunshine Coast, Logan Ipswich and Gold Coast. The Opportunity: We are in search of an exceptional professional with a strong background and existing connections within the NDIS who is a self starter. This crucial position requires a strategic individual who has a history of fostering relationships, facilitating partnerships and driving forward initiatives that yield substantial growth. Your rich network and profound insights into the sector are essential to our shared achievement. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive the acquisition of new clients and grow existing business opportunities in the NDIS with the Intake Officer and Team Leaders Industry Representation: Represent Delta Community at high-level industry events, networking meetings, and expos to promote our innovative services on weekdays & weekends Strategic Planning and Reporting: Collaborate with our team to refine strategies and regularly report on your progress towards achieving key business objectives. Ideal Candidate: Already have an extensive network in the NDIS and worked as a BDM with a minimum 4years experience, with a strong record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators each month. Existing, robust connections within the NDIS sector with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and Participants, capable of opening doors and creating new opportunities for business growth. Abilitiy to complete regular reporting and work with the CEO on Marketing Strategies including Socials and Networking Events. Ability to work with internal staffing includes Team Leaders, Intake Officer and Director. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade at all levels. Proficient in CRM software and data-driven decision-making.
