We offer our clients the following services: Sales and Leasing Asset and Facilities Management Marketing The Position Due to an expansion of roles we are now seeking a professional and proactive Commercial Real Estate Administrator to be part of the CPG Southwest team. As a key member of our team you will primarily provide administrative support to the Sales and Leasing team, however you will be trained and encouraged to be a prominent member of our administration team providing support across Marketing, Asset Management, and Office Administration. This will include preparation of Sales and Leasing documentation such as notices to solicitors, agency agreements, vendor reports, submissions, lease administration. In addition to this you will be involved in coordinating and advertising Auction campaigns, managing general enquiries, and assist with ad-hoc administration and general housekeeping tasks. Some of the key responsibilities include: Preparing agency agreements for clients Preparing submissions and reports for clients Preparing leases and disclosures as required Office administration support duties Learning and assisting marketing duties Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries As a Commercial Real Estate Administrator, you will focus on providing a high level of administrative support to our professional sales, leasing and Asset Management team. You will have outstanding time management, organizational and communication skills. This role does not require a real estate background as all training will be given to the successful applicant. We do require a candidate who would be keen to learn the fundamentals of real estate and an eye for detail in design is encouraged. Qualifications The key skills and experience you will bring to this role will be: Organisation skills Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (essential) The ability to pick up new systems easily Skill in proofreading documents for grammar and accuracy in content An eye for detail and accuracy Willing to add value to the team Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Adobe In Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Cavnar is preferrable but not essential If these criteria define how you work - then we would love to welcome, you to our team Does this sound like you?
