Pastry skills are a must, as this role primarily will be managing production and garnishing of pastry items and baked goods, in addition to savoury items. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a pastry team, have relevant qualifications and be able to work in a small but dynamic team. Working in our Caulfield north bakery, you will be responsible for working in our pastry and kitchen section.
