CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR Want to join a small construction company and build an estimating team around you. Do you want to multiskill and as well as undertake estimating also be involved with Contract Admin and Project Management and enrich your job. About Us: We undertake both commercial new builds and refurbishments in the hospitality, age care and government space. In additon also work within the residential space throughout Sydney Metropolitan Area. About the Role This is a good opportunity for a self-starting, experienced estimator who wants to build an estimating team and work in a supportive, flexible work environment on interesting projects with the ability to upskill themselves. In addition, work with the Director to enter different business streams. You will have direct contact with clients and develop and build relationships with our clients. What We Are Looking For Self-starter who has experience in the preparation of detailed and accurate estimates Strong computer skills in estimating software packages Perhaps a trade background or someone who has worked on-site Someone who can build and foster relationships with clients Key Responsibilities Self- started who can hit the ground running preparing estimates and tender submission Preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates Collaborating with clients, attending site/pre-tender meetings Preparation of tender/quotation submissions Assist with project management when required Assist with Contract Administration when required Sub-contractor negotiation Why Make the Move to Us Be part of a growing company with the opportunity to grow an estimating team Interesting projects in a supportive environment Job enrichment with the opportunity to work in other areas and learn other skills Above industry salary and conditions
