Maintenance Gardener and Handyman

Mathiou Services is looking for a talented maintenance handyperson & gardener to carry out the maintenance duties and gardening across numerous client sites across the north Brisbane - Sunshine Coast area. Ideally we are looking for one person to be south of the river and one person to be north of the river. Duties include- general handyman tasks as well as gardening that includes: mowing, weeding, whipper snipping, hedging, cleaning, general rubbish tidy up. WE OFFER: Work Life Balance Regular team-build activities and social events Monthly competitions and prizes Company vehicle for work purposes WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Experience in a maintenance handyman role Experience using gardening equipment - Mower, whipper sniper, hedger etc Able to work unsupervised using a scope of works Must have a smart phone to access job management system Must be able to tow, reverse, trailers LICENCES / REQUIREMENTS - As per government & our client requirements you must: Be willing to undergo a Police check yearly Hold/ get your own paid working with children check (P not V) Construction card Current manual driver’s licence (Company vehicles are manual)
