Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our team. The role is designed to be the first point of contact for our clients and investigators providing administrative and case management support on a range of complex and sensitive investigations into motor vehicle collisions, thefts, burglary, fire, and lost property claims. The Role As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client inquiries and providing support to our investigators. Your responsibilities will include maintaining internal case management systems, handling invoicing, producing reports, and processing applications. Operational Requirements: Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, addressing and resolving issues efficiently. Assist investigators with administrative tasks to support the progression of cases. Update internal case management systems with the latest status and information on investigations. Produce and process client and contractor invoices. Generate departmental and client reports as required. Review and format final reports for accuracy and presentation. Process applications and correspondence with emergency services and government departments (e.g., Transport Authorities, Police) on behalf of investigators. Qualifications/Experience : Exposure to General Insurance Investigations. Established written communication skills. Strong listening and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel). Proactive and self-motivated with a high attention to detail. Demonstrated willingness to assist and support others effectively. A customer-focused attitude with a genuine care for the needs of clients. Ability to assist with quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.
