Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Full Time, Contracted Role up to 25 Apr 2025 About the role Join a dynamic and dedicated team as an Operational Services Officer, where your skills and efficiency will contribute to the seamless operation of the Food and Environmental Laboratory. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support, including accurate data entry, reception and clerical responsibilities, and assisting with the sorting and preparation of laboratory samples. You’ll also play a key role in arranging the packing and transport of laboratory consumables for clients, ensuring services are delivered effectively and professionally. As the first point of contact for both internal and external enquiries, you’ll manage customer interactions with professionalism and care, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Administrative Experience : Previous experience in administrative roles, including data entry, managing information systems, and handling customer enquiries. Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with quality accreditation requirements. Communication and Teamwork : Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
