This role involves organising a variety of professional and personal agendas and appointments. You will also be working within a Multidisciplinary Team of Endocrinologists, Dietitians, Psychologists, Administrative Staff and Diabetes Educators. The Successful Candidate Should Have The Following Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and exciting fast paced environmentComputer literacy with advanced knowledge and practical skills in internet-based softwareExcellent organisational and problem solving skillsAbility to prioritise tasks You will be working Monday - Wednesday preferably, however can be flexible should the need arise. What You'll Be Doing The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) role will be ward/unit based and provides a range of administrative and clinical support services to enable the ward to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable, patient focused and effective manner. The role entails but is not limited to the following: Organising departmental meetingsMinute takingLiaising with company representatives for in-service and journal clubsMaintaining and ordering department's clinical stock and stationerySupport with client group education sessions including OZ-DAFNE program,Maintenance of Health Roster to support the CNC in her management of the departmentSupport and relief Administration Officer Level 2 with referrals and scheduling appointments as required Where You'll Be Working Be a part of a healthcare provider which is responsive to the needs of its consumers and shape the future of the community in which you live Campbelltown Hospital is one of NSW’s newest most progressive hospitals which services the community in which you live. Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.Tell us about what previous administration experience and computer programs you have used in these positions.The position involves working with a MDT. This may involve several tasks to be completed for different disciplines. Can you describe a busy work situation and give examples of how you would organise your time and tasks to meet deadlines.Macarthur Diabetes Service is predominately an OPD service, we attend several meetings each month to assist in managing these clinics.
