Softscape Landscaping Team Member

Up to 38 Hours Per Week Variety of work on offer 06.00am to 03.00pm Enhancement work Above award pay rate penalty rates, overtime, and allowances superannuation About the Role As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces for our clients. This hands-on position involves: Participate in landscape construction activities, including turfing, laying pavers, and rectifying paving issues. Plant trees, shrubs, ground covers, and other softscape elements according to landscape plans and specifications. Prepare sites for softscape installation by clearing debris, levelling ground, and amending soil as necessary. Ensure worksites are clean, organised, and safe throughout and after project completion. A basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques is advantageous. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
