We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate our customer service operations. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by improving processes, driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and identifying new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Team Management: • Lead, mentor, and develop the customer service team to deliver outstanding results. • Set performance goals, monitor outcomes, and provide coaching and feedback. 2. Customer Service Excellence: • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries across multiple channels. • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints professionally and effectively. 3. Operational Management: • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflows and order accuracy. • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations teams to achieve excellence. • Monitor key metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and satisfaction scores. 4. Process Improvement: • Identify gaps in customer service processes and implement solutions for greater efficiency. • Leverage technology and tools to enhance team performance and customer experience. 5. Customer Relationship Management: • Partner with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. • Provide valuable insights on customer needs, trends, and opportunities to inform strategy. 6. Reporting & Analysis: • Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and identify areas for improvement. • Use customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance service delivery.
