About the role TAFE SA is looking for an enthusiastic LMS Course Builder to join the Centre of Excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care within the Academic Development Division. This role supports the development of high-quality, student-centred, and technology-enhanced learning resources within learning management systems. As part of the Academic Development division, you will contribute to TAFE SA’s product development by creating engaging and accessible digital content for accredited and non-accredited programs. Key Responsibilities: Provide project support across TAFE SA Product Development initiatives. Develop and maintain student-focused online learning content. Create digital assets using templates and technology-enhanced learning techniques. Research and integrate diverse media types for enriched learning experiences. Collaborate with learning designers and stakeholders to meet student needs. Adhere to policies on universal design, copyright, and quality standards. Conduct quality assurance and acceptance testing for learning content. Key Selection Criteria: Proven experience in project support and electronic document management. Proficiency in developing digital assets in web-based systems. Experience with systems such as SharePoint, internet management systems, and Office 365. Ability to manage fluctuating workloads in a deadline-driven environment. Initiative and judgment in interpreting regulations and procedures. Attention to detail in quality checking, testing, and reporting. Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal Culture and Community. (Desirable) Experience with Moodle-based Learning Management Systems. (Desirable) Understanding and application of learning design processes for online content development. Special Conditions The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS). Some out of hours work may be required. Intra/interstate travel and overnight absences may be required. Incumbent will be required to participate in the department’s Performance Development Program Eligibility to work in Australia. Please refer to the Role Description for all Special Conditions.
