The Benefits Work from home - 2-3 days per week Opportunities for professional and career development Excellent induction and on the job training program Great rewards and incentives offered throughout the year Inclusive workplace culture with a cultural paid day off Meditation and mindfulness programs offered The Position Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Answer and manage claims enquiries from calls, emails and online quickly and efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner Manage the customer claims process from lodgement, assessment to settlement Provide accurate and timely responses to all enquiries via phone and email, ensuring detailed notes, keeping customers well informed of claim status and progress Liaise regularly with internal & external departments regarding escalated issues, investigations and customer disputes Inform key stakeholders and third-party providers of updates on the claim progress Collaborate with others sharing knowledge to achieve team goals Innovative solutions to settle claims in a timely manner The Candidate The successful candidate will possess the following: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A positive attitude with a drive for customer resolution Ability to think on your feet with high productivity Articulate way of work, with high attention to detail Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work amongst a team Highly favourable Previous claims management experience Complaint resolution or customer escalations This role is operating from 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
