About this role We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to gain a wide range of marketing and BD experience within a B2B services environment and be part of a high performing collaborative National team of Business Development and Marketing professionals. You will be responsible for the following: Supporting the Senior Manager – Markets and Growth in all aspects of tracking and driving BD activity with targets and priority clients Proposals support across Adelaide and nationally including drafting and formatting. Support local office Campaigns aligned to the local growth plan. This will include active management and implementation of campaigns and activities as well as activities proposed by the Office Chair and Local Service line leaders. Coordination of local and national events aligned to office, industry and service line growth plans. This can include planning, strategy and in some cases implementation of events working closely with partners and their EAs. CRM integration and management Development of well-crafted internal and external communications Client communications including drafting, marketing automation campaign flows and scheduling Active liaison with Industry team to maintain collaboration across industries at a local level, and integration of national Industry go to market to local plans. Implementing Adelaide components of national campaigns, including collateral, EDMs and digital marketing, website, social media and events Active liaison with Digital Marketing team to maintain best practice campaigns implementation. This includes the use of Adobe Workfront to manage and track campaigns and local office projects. Support BD projects to broaden the engagement with high-value clients. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Salesforce, Introhive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Workfront and the broader martech stack to help drive adoption through the partnership. Support for Digital Marketing team as required in major campaigns – lead conversion, campaign set up etc. 1:1 Partner and Director support and coaching where required, around prospecting, best practice campaigns, ideal client profile (ICP) development Working closely with other teams within the business to deliver on projects SOUND LIKE YOU? We look forward to hearing about your: Degree qualifications in marketing or a related business discipline Experience in working on multi-channel content marketing campaigns Experience working with CRM systems highly regarded – we use Salesforce Strong skills in MS Office products – PowerPoint essential Experience with an electronic mail software system (experience with a marketing automation system highly regarded – we use Marketo).
