About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Real Estate Agent Assistant to join our team at Nearwater Real Estate. In this part-time role, you will provide administrative support to our Real Estate Agents, helping to ensure the smooth running of our operations in Shelley. What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive administrative support to Real Estate Agents, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments and following up on enquiries Preparing and distributing property-related documents, such as lease agreements, condition reports and marketing materials Handling general office administration tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors and maintaining filing systems Assisting with the marketing and promotion of properties, including updating online listings and distributing marketing collateral Liaising with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service Supporting the wider team as needed to contribute to the overall success of the business Attending open Homes What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within the real estate industry Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner Proficiency in using relevant software and technology, such as VAULT, Docusign, Social Media A genuine interest in the real estate industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service About us Nearwater Real Estate is a leading real estate agency in Shelley, specialising in residential property.
