Location: Melbourne (Hybrid Workplace) Industry: Financial Services (Banking) Start: ASAP Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reporting & Insights Analyst with a strong background in operations and financial reporting within Institutional Banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing data, determining reporting requirements, and compiling reports for external stakeholders. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating insightful dashboard reports and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover critical risks, trends, and insights that inform strategic business decisions Design and develop innovative toolset to identify and extend customer base for global bankers Create compelling, easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and visualisations that translate complex data into actionable intelligence Collaborate closely with institutional and technology banking stakeholders to enhance service quality and compliance Implement scalable solutions leveraging automation tools to streamline transaction monitoring and reporting Qualifications: Institutional Banking experience is a MUST to have. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms (preferred) Analytics automation via Alteryx Translated business problems into actionable dashboard views (from initial scoping to delivery) Working with varying levels of stakeholders and working with a business to develop/ mature reporting to meet growth objective in Institutional banking About us Evolution Specialists is a boutique agency that represents leading Management Consultancies.
