Job Responsibilities:As a Motor Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest performance and safety standards. Your duties will include: Diagnosing and Repairing: Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines and vehicle parts. Utilizing computer diagnostics to test and identify issues in vehicle systems. Component Maintenance and Repair: Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms, and other components for inspection. Repairing or replacing worn and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components using service manuals as needed. Testing and adjusting repaired mechanical parts to ensure optimal performance. Scheduled Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrication, and engine tune-ups, ensuring smoother vehicle operations and compliance with pollution regulations. Vehicle Inspections: Inspecting vehicles and issuing road-worthiness certificates or identifying required repairs to meet road worthiness standards.
