Job Description As a leading international retailer, ALDI provides employees the opportunity to work abroad. To support global mobility activity, the National Payroll team are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to coordinate the end-to end process for employees who are undertaking international assignments, both inbound and outbound. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for detail while possessing strong problem-solving capabilities and communication skills to cater to multiple domestic and international stakeholders. What does the role look like? Day-to-day execution of the mobility program, including queries from assignees and business stakeholders at all levels from both home and host countries Liaising with external providers to provide accurate advice regarding employee remuneration and benefits, tax, and visa requirements for both inbound and outbound employees Coordinating expatriate salary reviews and remuneration adjustments based on changes in circumstance Calculating assignment salary packages in line with policy Liaising with local payroll and HR teams to ensure the execution of monthly payroll functions, employment contracts and compensation packages for inbound employees Ensuring compliance with the assignment tax policy including arranging payments to relevant parties And the best part? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, including remuneration, tax, immigration, and relocation vendors Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholder levels Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and apply discretion Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Strong numerical and analytical skills Additional Information Enjoy 5 weeks annual leave for pursuing your passions outside of work.
