We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join a firm in Tyne and Wear on an immediate basis. This role is available whilst the firm recruit for a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. Handle landlord and tenant issues. Requirements: Proven experience in commercial property law. Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
