And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Branch Manager. Previous m anagement experience Industry experience – Trade / Plumbing and Heating / Distribution Strong sales background Strong focus on sales growth and developing the team We will also consider taking on an Assistant Branch Manager looking for their 1st branch management role.
