Job Description

Organisational Change Manager – ICT Contract to 21/12/2025| Brisbane & Work from Home Join a large Queensland government department as an Organisational Change Manager – ICT, partnering with the Corporate Enterprise Solutions Leadership Team and SAP Replatforming Program Steering Committee. Lead business change strategies and drive sustainable transformational change to maximize the benefits of a large-scale ICT upgrade program Key responsibilities include: Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. Mentor and participate in knowledge and skill sharing activities with other members of the team. Lead, plan, direct and manage, in cross-functional, matrixed relationships, the CESR portfolio of change, ensuring that change activities and initiatives are aligned. Lead the development of key strategic plans, ensuring all change activities and communications align with the change and product adoption strategy and processes. Provide authoritative strategic advice in organisational change and product adoption, ensuring alignment with and leverage of change management frameworks and methodology. Own the end-to-end Change Management work effort, which includes leveraging best practices and techniques in identifying, quantifying and tracking the change process. Drive innovation and collaboration to improve products, service delivery and value/benefits realisation, including aligning change with Agile, Lean and DevOps methodologies. Drive, design and develop metrics for the measurement of change effectiveness and business readiness to gain insight and take corrective action. Manage expectations of all stakeholders including influencing key business stakeholders and internal customers, negotiation on competing priorities and operating under time constraints and defined requirements to achieve goals. Engage with program sponsors, business owners and stakeholders and build and manage effective relationships. About You Proven success and high-level experience in ICT-enabled transformational change management and leadership including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, and communications and training within a large complex project environment. Demonstrated capability in change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualization and problem solving, and management of multiple deliverables within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities. Proven success in leading and implementing change management, communication and release plans in collaboration with sponsors, users and project teams in an agile delivery environment. Advanced communications skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation and collaboration with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues. Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition, including the ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change.
