Mechanical Tradesperson - Fixed Plant

The Role We have an amazing opportunity for a trade qualified Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker to provide support to the mill processing plant equipment, specifically responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, attend breakdowns as well as improvement works on fixed plant assets, including associated infrastructure. Preferably we will provide relocation support up to the amount of $10,000 to the beautiful town of Cobar in New South Wales or DIDO if you live within 800km radius of the work location. Roster: 7/7 (Day shift) Location: Peak Mine - Cobar NSW Key Responsibilities Perform planned and unplanned maintenance efficiently and to a high standard Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair fixed plant infrastructure Accurately complete and close work orders in the CMMS Take ownership of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and housekeeping Manage time and resources effectively to meet team goals Contribute to a collaborative team environment and pursue professional growth Act with integrity, support safety, and promote innovation and accountability About You Trade Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical or Fabrication Trade or equivalent A valid, unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence Current Working at Heights and Confined Spaces tickets At least 2 years' experience working with Fixed Plant A positive attitude that matches our values Behaviours that align with Aurelia Metals' core values Desirable Experience in maintaining crushing, grinding, screening, flotation, filter and pumping assets Current First Aid Certificate High Risk Licences (Forklift, EWP, Non-Slew Crane, Basic Rigger) Why work for us?
