Marketing Coordinator

Job Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, with preference given to relevant majors. 2. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with preference given to those with resources in the Chinese market. 3. Strong writing skills, with preference given to those with copywriting experience (please specify in your resume). 4. Some understanding of primary and secondary education in Melbourne, and familiarity with the Chinese education and training market. 5. Good communication skills, a passion for work, and a love for the education industry. 6. Responsible, willing to learn actively, and strive for improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide precise curriculum details and recruit students by communicating directly or indirectly with students, parents, or partnering agents. 2. Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy targeting both current and potential students to boost course enrolments. 3. Assist the senior management in executing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. 4. Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in target markets to generate leads and improve conversion rates. 5. Monitor trending topics and regularly share educational content on social media platforms. 6. Assist in creating marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, flyers, websites, and more. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. 8. Proactively follow up with existing students and parents to identify new needs and increase sales.
