They’re seeking a skilled and proactive WHS Advisor to join their team, supporting both their project delivery teams and executive leadership in maintaining a positive and proactive safety culture. This is an exciting opportunity to work across high-profile projects, splitting your time between a modern HQ in Sydney CBD and active construction sites around Sydney. What You’ll Be Doing: As the WHS Advisor, you’ll take the lead on safety, ensuring compliance and driving a proactive approach across the business. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining effective safety practices across projects. Staying up to date with OHS/WHS regulations and ensuring alignment across all activities. Conducting site audits, risk assessments, and workplace safety training. Investigating incidents and implementing solutions to minimise future risks. Enhancing and maintaining safety systems, templates, and documentation. Working closely with leadership and project teams to foster a strong safety culture. Preparing and presenting safety performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Bring: To excel in this role, you’ll need: A Diploma in WHS (preferred) and solid experience with ISO45001 standards. TAE qualification and strong knowledge of NSW building industry classifications (e.g., Class 2, Class 5). Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels. A proactive and highly organised approach to managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems. Full Australian work rights, a valid driver’s licence, and a current Police Check. Why Join This Team?
