Our Client, Birdgestone Select Malaga is seeking skilled Motor Mechanics to join their dynamic team. If you have a passion for vehicles and a commitment to quality service, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Conduct vehicle inspections within 10 minutes of receiving the Job Sheet, identifying any additional work required to maintain vehicle safety. Complete mechanical services and repairs according to manufacturer specifications, aiming for 80% productivity each day. Service vehicles within acceptable timeframes, communicating with customers if timelines cannot be met. Perform road tests on vehicles to ensure the quality of work and prevent rework of the same issues. Document all work completed and parts used accurately on job cards. Provide mechanical quotes and discuss repair options with customers. Maintain vehicles to a safe and satisfactory standard that meets customer expectations. Ensure vehicles are returned to customers in a neat and clean condition. Experience, Qualifications, and Training: Relevant experience and trade qualification for a similar role. Gained all-round experience and training on the manufacturer’s range. Demonstrated leadership qualities. Mandatory telephone and computer skills. Current Driver’s License with the ability to drive a manual vehicle. High literacy level to complete job cards to a high standard.
