Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Represent alpitronic beeing the first contact for customers' requests You take over the support of our customers on the phone or by e-mail Manage service support tickets Remotely support customers during commissioning and maintenance of their hyperchargers YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Good communication skills in English and Italian in speaking and writing, a 3rd language is a plus (German, French, Spanish) Independent and solution-oriented work, as well as analytical thinking Enthusiasm, teamwork and structured way of working Experience in customer service or call center is a plus Willingness to work in different shift OUR COMMITMENT Innovative working environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future sector of e-mobility Career opportunities in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related remuneration Additional Company Benefits J-18808-Ljbffr
