Job Description
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES Lead the establishment of the structure and team that will drive customer experience Work closely with various departments and customers to set up the right processes, communication, and routines Central point of contact for escalations (internal or key customers) and field notifications Leading the escalations to customer satisfaction and apply insights for continuous improvement Responsible for reporting on service team performance and customer experience, both internally and to key customers Set up the required processes and mechanisms to follow up and trend the quality of our products/services and the perception of the customers Driving forward the necessary initiatives, projects and activities YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Extensive experience in a process-driven continuous improvement environment Proven track record working with customers and aligning different internal stakeholders Previous people leadership and development experience Demonstrated communication, de-escalation and facilitator skills High analytical skills, structured work ethic and customer-first attitude Very strong prioritization and organizational skills as well as managing multiple projects in parallel Fluent in English; Italian and German are a plus OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance-related pay Additional company benefits J-18808-Ljbffr
