Engineering Manager

Job Title Engineering Manager | Location Forest Gate So what’s it all about? As our next Engineering Manager, you’ll be required to be assertive and determined to implement positive change, whilst being confident and comfortable making difficult decisions leading the engineering team. You will have a strategic thought process to aid the processes across site, not just under the engineering department remit. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a proven leader capable of coaching and mentoring the existing team. You’ll be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team as well as planning, designing, and overseeing engineering projects, and ensuring the factory is operational with a hands-on approach. In this role, you will need to maximize productivity within the factory and the team, constantly being tested in a fast-paced and challenging environment. As an Engineering Manager, you will be an approachable, and influential person who thrives on the challenges this role and environment brings.
