Negotiate regional and multi-site contracts covering pricing, delivery, payment terms, and more. Manage key supplier partnerships and drive supplier performance improvements. Identify risks and opportunities, implement mitigation measures, and promote early procurement/supplier involvement to optimize outcomes. Experience & Requirements A few years of strategic sourcing experience, ideally in complex, global organizations Experience of end-to-end procurement across a range of indirect categories Will need to be analytical, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Should be comfortable speaking with both suppliers and stakeholders
