Title: Procurement Manager Sector: Renewable Energy Location: Newcastle / Hybrid (2 or 3 days a week in the office) Salary & Package: £50,000 bonus and additional benefits Sea Global are currently working with one of the UKs leading Renewable Energy companies, who are currently in an exciting period of growth. With a rapidly growing procurement function, they are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager focusing primarily on the indirect categories across the business including Travel, Fleet, Professional Services, HR, FM, and more. Negotiate regional and multi-site contracts covering pricing, delivery, payment terms, and more. Manage key supplier partnerships and drive supplier performance improvements. Identify risks and opportunities, implement mitigation measures, and promote early procurement/supplier involvement to optimize outcomes. Experience & Requirements A few years of strategic sourcing experience, ideally in complex, global organizations Experience of end-to-end procurement across a range of indirect categories Will need to be analytical, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Should be comfortable speaking with both suppliers and stakeholders
