Job Title: Full Stack Python Developer Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data platform solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Monitor and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance and reliability of data systems. Engage with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business outcomes. Conduct data analysis and visualization to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data capabilities. Skills Required: The candidate must be a Full stack developer with ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and regulatory priorities. Work experience in Python application development, Hadoop ecosystem Must Have experience working in Capital Markets Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge or experience of agile development (e.g. XP, SCRUM, Kanban) and continuous integration Team player, self-motivated and proactive Experience in the Financial Services industry Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience on Python, HDFS, SDLC and Object-Oriented Methodology. Experience working with Front-End applications- JavaScript (ReactJs) is a plus Prior DevOps experience is a plus Must be able to co-ordinate with teams situated across different time-zones. Must be able to provide BAU support for QzTrades in the EMEA time zone
