Market Analysis & Insights : Understand consumer behaviors and use data from Nielsen, Kantar, and other research to uncover market opportunities. Retail Brand Expertise : Provide insights and tools to grow their private-label brands, including NPD and packaging design ideas Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and category teams to deliver exceptional products with a positive response in the market. What We’re Looking For Experience : 3 years in a product management/marketing role working with consumer goods. Skills : Strong analytical ability, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Competencies : Organised, commercially aware, creative, and adept at building trusted relationships. Tools : Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and an understanding of EPOS systems. Languages : Fluent English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
