RESEARCH DIRECTOR (QUANTITATIVE) UP TO £80,000 BENEFITS LONDON, W1 (HYBRID) THE COMPANY Harnham is working with an established global research company, they are looking for a research manager for their consumer team. They work with a large variety of clients across FMCG and Tech industries, including Google, Tesco, Netflix and Primark. They are looking for a research manager to lead client projects and offer their expertise to use insights to offer credible solutions for their brands needs. THE ROLE As a Research Director (Quant) you will be responsible for the following: Owning key account relationships, spending time understanding the priorities and needs for our clients Being a quality gatekeeper, ensuring we’re proud of the work we deliver Getting involved in the day to day, from helping shape questionnaires, writing analysis and delivering debriefs Write winning proposals, and designing bespoke solutions to answer our client’s business questions Pro-actively growing existing accounts Developing and pushing more junior members of the team, helping drive progression YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You will need to have: • Must have strong experience in quantitative research You’ll have shown good career progression to date and be hungry to keep going • Excellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic – with clients and co-workers. • Ideally full service research experience, Project Management as well as Insight. • Good experience with a range of quantitative research methodologies THE BENEFITS • Salary up to 80,000 Benefits • Private health care APPLY Apply via the link below or send your CV directly to louiscollinsharnham.com
