As Head of Compliance , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Group’s compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and the company’s ambitious growth objectives. The Role: You will lead the development of a robust compliance framework, oversee compliance operations, and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will represent the business at regulatory forums and drive initiatives to ensure long-term compliance excellence. This position requires SMF16 and SMF17 credentials. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement compliance policies aligned with strategic goals and regulatory standards. Provide expert guidance on compliance matters across all levels of the business. Build and maintain relationships with regulators, clients, and industry stakeholders. Lead compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and audits to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal frameworks. Oversee and develop the compliance team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring succession plans are in place. Drive business change initiatives and promote a culture of compliance best practices. What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in compliance, with SMF16 and SMF17 credentials. A deep understanding of energy markets , trading strategies, and financial instruments. Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration.
