Production Coordinator - Luxury WW

We have partnered with a Luxury WW brand who require a Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager. This exciting brand is growing and expanding their product offering and collections internationally, and require an organised and efficient production coordinator to ensure tinely delivery of production, ensuring critical path is achieved. This role is analytical, with tracking of samples and pr-empting delivery issues , and ensuring accuracy of paperwork, aswell as a thorough knowledge of fabrics and trims. Key responsibilities; Manage the critical path Trouble shoot any issues within the production line Manage relationships with the factories Ensure lead times are being met Raise orders Actively track on excel, ensuring all dates and times and processes are accurate. work closely with logistics and warehouse works closely with garment techs and ensure technical packs are acurate Order and check fabrics and trims. Advise sales teams of any delays and rectify as soon as possible The successful candidate will; Have minimum of 4 years experience within production ideally within a luxury brand Strong administrative and communication skills Can do attitude
