Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with Pre-Sales Expertise

I'm looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join my client's team, bringing their deep knowledge of CE solutions and ability to bridge the gap between technical and business needs. If you’re a natural problem-solver with excellent client-facing skills and a knack for showcasing value during pre-sales, I want to hear from you Your Role: As a CE Functional Consultant with pre-sales expertise, you will: Consult: Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design Dynamics 365 CE solutions that drive business value. Configure: Implement and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules to align with client needs, including workflows, plugins, and integrations. Support Pre-Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, create proposals, and provide technical insights during the sales cycle. Collaborate: Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and successful outcomes. Train & Support: Provide user training, post-implementation support, and documentation to ensure clients can maximize the value of their solution. What They’re Looking For: Experience: Proven track record as a Functional Consultant working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Involvement in pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, requirement gathering, and solution design. Skills: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals for pre-sales engagements. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a big plus.
