Senior Relationship Manager – FX Options Central London A rapidly expanding FX organisation based in Central London, with ambitious expansion plans for 2025, are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join them. This a fantastic opportunity to take lead on their Options proposition & make it your own; driving growth, shaping its future and building on our success in this key area. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the Options Proposition: You’ll be at the helm of the FX Options offering, crafting strategy and ensuring its success. Team Leadership: Managing and supporting two Business Development Managers underneath you in their efforts to secure new business and grow client relationships. Growth: As they expand, you’ll play a key role in hiring additional team members and scaling the business. Client Management: Building strong, lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Ideal experience & skills: Experience: A solid background in FX, with particular expertise in the Options market. Qualifications: CISI Level 3 certification is essential for this role. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Business Development Expertise: A track record of growing business, securing new clients, and building strong client relationships. Proactive Mindset: Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is eager to take ownership and lead.
