Keep up to date with changes in building regulations and address compliance issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record in a Building Control role. Class 2 registration (minimum) with the BSR (essential). Excellent communication skills, both individually and as part of a team. A drive to develop professionally.
