The role The Project Manager will develop project plans for integrated campaigns for a challenger automotive brand. They will oversee all day-to-day operational aspects of projects, from strategy and creative development to production and delivery. As the main client contact, the Project Manager will support clients in developing briefs and collaborate with the media team to create asset lists and production plans. Responsibilities include managing account finances, such as estimates, forecasts, and billing, for this small but busy account. The Project Manager will ensure all assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard, adhering to brand guidelines. Automotive experience is valuable. The ideal candidate will confidently manage expectations and deadlines, maintain composure, communicate tactfully and diplomatically with client teams, and effectively handle production and delivery. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in both project and account management roles, client-facing Experience managing strategy, creative, production, and delivering large campaigns across ATL print, OOH, TVC Proficiency in creating 360 timing plans covering all project phases Understanding of media plans and media specifications Proven experience managing adaptation projects with large asset lists and handling multiple concurrent projects Ability to work independently while collaborating with media and creative teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Demonstrated problem-solving abilities Exceptional planning and organizing skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues Good budgeting skills Knowledge of automotive advertising is preferred Experience using creative ad management tools like AdLayer is suggested JOB DUTIES Collaborate closely with creative, media, and production resources Create and manage integrated campaign timing plans Manage large asset lists for adaptation from global toolkits to local markets Handle digital briefs and builds on creative ad management tools Oversee the production of moving image content through our production network Ensure QA of all production material against brand guidelines and relevant checklists Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, and delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring goals and objectives are met within agreed time, scope, budget, and resource requirements Implement project schedules and coordinate resources to meet deadlines Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all projects and their status using appropriate technology Communicate consistently with project stakeholders and executives, ensuring deliverables are met by all team members at all project stages Demonstrate strong project finance skills, including estimating, billing, and reconciling projects in a timely manner.
