Compliance Monitoring Analyst - Specialty Broker

Miryco are working with a leading London Specialty Insurance Broker currently seeking a high-calibre Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking compliance monitoring activities across broker's regulated firms in line with the Compliance monitoring plan. Responsibilities: Work with senior staff in development, implementation and maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring Framework and Compliance Monitoring Plan. Conducting thematic reviews for the business. Reviewing, advising and delivering on assigned projects. Provide ad-hoc compliance and regulatory advice to business divisions where required. Undertake other responsibilities necessary for the proper performance of the role. Experience: 1 years' compliance monitoring experience within insurance. Insurance broking or speciality insurance experience preferable. Strong knowledge of FCA Handbook.
