Solution Architect - SAP HR / ERP Systems £60,000 - £70,000 10% bonus My market leading client in the manufacturing and defence space are looking to recruiting a Solution Architect to design and maintain a seamless HR technology ecosystem, integrating systems such as HRIS, talent management, and learning platforms to support organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage HR technology architecture and integrations. Evaluate and select vendors, ensuring compliance and technical alignment. Act as a technical liaison between HR, IT, and external partners. Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and document processes. Essential Experience Expertise in HR technologies (e.g., SAP suite, ATS, LMS). Experience with system architecture, cloud technologies, and security. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
