The successful candidates will deliver CDM and Health & Safety consultancy services to clients, acting as a Principal Designer where required, while also focussing on account management and business development. Responsibilities; Provide expert CDM and Health & Safety advice to clients across various real estate construction projects. Act as Principal Designer when needed. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Contribute to business development and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management. Requirements; Relevant degree or professional qualification. NEBOSH Extensive experience in CDM and Health & Safety consultancy within the real estate construction sector. Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, account management, and business development skills.
