From uniting cross-functional teams to implementing a customer-centric strategy, your leadership will ensure the business achieves its ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage UK & European sales teams, including direct reports and regional representatives. Align operations across European markets, ensuring cohesive strategies and seamless collaboration. Develop and execute commercial plans that address customer pain points and drive growth. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are central to all decisions. Act as a connector, uniting teams across functions and regions for a streamlined approach.
