Responsibilities: Overseeing and guiding engineering teams, business partnerships, and subcontractors. Planning, managing, and reviewing engineering activities to ensure products are safe, fully integrated, compliant, and delivered within cost, quality, and schedule requirements. Ensuring the developed solutions meet maturity expectations, while capturing all technical risks and opportunities. Streamlining processes to eliminate inefficiencies, enhance productivity, and create a dynamic, best-in-class capability. Ensuring all engineering tasks adhere to the Operational Framework and comply with relevant engineering policies. Leading LCM Design Reviews or technical bid assessments for smaller projects, with substantial contributions to larger initiatives. Required Skills and Experience: Chartered Engineer status or working towards it. Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in power systems modeling , switchgear, protection systems, and power electronics . Preferred Skills: Familiarity with defence standards. Experience navigating the engineering lifecycle.
