Sales Specialist – Fall Protection Location – You will be coverting the South West of the UK area, locations such as - Oxford, Gloucester, Wales, Swindon Salary - £50K-£55K total planned income Permanent My client are a global manufacturing company, and they are now looking for a Fall Protection Sales Specialist to join their time within the personal safety division of the company. Your responsibilities in the role Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan. Identifying and winning opportunities as required under sales plan. Work with end customers to advise and promote company Fall Protection Solutions. Manage the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication Develop company brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors Ensure accurate communication of product updates and development Collaborate with company technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required. Identify and share leads with company colleagues for products/solutions outside core specialism. Develop and maintain market, industry and product knowledge. Collect and disseminate (internally) market trends and competitor activity. Maintain accurate and up to date data within a CRM system and other appropriate systems. Ensure all administration /planning is accurate and completed on time and in full. Skills and Experience Good standard of education Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market is essential Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation both externally and internally A self-starter with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team Strong negotiation skills Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data. Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal. Competitive & Proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions. Tenacious, and resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective.
