Join an expanding Lloyd’s Syndicate and become part of a dynamic and international team where you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of compliance functions. About the Role: We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join a growing team, with a particular focus on ensuring the Syndicate's compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies, especially in relation to Marine Insurance. Help prepare for and support any regulatory audits or reviews. Participate in ongoing training and development to keep abreast of regulatory changes, particularly within Marine Insurance. Key Requirements: Prior experience within a compliance role, ideally within the Lloyd’s market or the wider insurance industry. Knowledge of Marine Insurance from a compliance perspective (desirable, but not essential). Strong understanding of UK and EU regulatory frameworks, including Solvency II, FCA rules, and Lloyd’s regulations. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex compliance issues clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to develop within the compliance field. Desirable: Experience working with Marine Insurance products and policies. An interest in working for a growing, international syndicate. Why Join? Be part of a growing international Lloyd’s Syndicate with a strong reputation for providing innovative insurance solutions. Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunity for career progression and professional development. A supportive and collaborative working environment where you can make a real impact. If you are an experienced Compliance professional or a Compliance Assistant ready to step up, and you’re keen to expand your knowledge in the Marine Insurance space, we would love to hear from you.
