Job Description

Our client, within the Construction Industry, are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team. Requirements: 2 years experience within Project Administration and/or Document Control Excellent IT skills including competence in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Excellent attention to detail Having a high level of confidentiality Experience within the construction, engineering, transport or rail industry is desirable Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for projects, including coordinating PQQs, updating databases, preparing minutes/reports, organizing surveys, and assisting throughout the project lifecycle Ensure proper document control by filing emails and attachments in relevant project folders Manage the project database and resource tracker with input from Project and Management Teams Communicate with external clients, assign tasks to Project Teams, and track task completion Contribute to developing and managing processes that ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and RISQS certifications Arrange travel for site visits in the UK and Europe, and for team members as requested Package: Monday - Friday (5 days onsite) Company events Company pension Free parking Health & wellbeing program Life insurance On-site parking Private medical insurance If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you Please apply directly or email Charlie.smithvpalondon.co.uk
