We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in an on-site capacity. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial statements. Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions efficiently. Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly and annual closing processes. Support the finance team with audits and regulatory compliance documentation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely financial reporting and cost tracking. Required Skills and Qualifications: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Preferred experience on an ERP Package. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and clients.
