Key Responsibilities: As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will: Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including: Sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New builds Right to buy Retirement and shared ownership schemes Lease extensions Use a web-based case management system to process cases efficiently and cost-effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and introducers. Meet fee income targets while delivering outstanding client care. Conduct client meetings and gather detailed instructions. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience managing a residential property caseload independently. A client-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service delivery. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in IT and case management systems. Excellent communication skills to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
