Customer Success Consultant

Customer Success Consultant Up to £35.000 bonus bens Hertfordshire (initially 4 days a week, post probation 3 days a week) I’ve partnered with a super exciting SaaS scaleup seeking an ambitious, articulate, and organized individual to join their team as a Customer Success Consultant. In this role, you'll manage client partnerships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new customers and guide them through their journey. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts. Provide ongoing account support, from training to contract renewal. Develop and maintain client-specific resources and materials. Keep CRM systems updated with accurate customer information. Ensure customers maximize the value of the platform and inform them of new features. Skills & Experience Required: Prior experience in a customer-facing role managing or supporting customer relationships. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. Desirable but not essential: Experience using CRM platforms. Understanding of HR-Tech Preferred Qualifications: University degree (2:2 or above). Personal Attributes: Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Strong relationship-building abilities across all business levels. Highly organized and efficient in managing tasks and responsibilities. Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset. Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow. Comfortable challenging customers constructively to maximize software potential. Skilled in upselling additional products/services to existing customers.
