This is a unique opportunity for a Production Engineer with 3-10 years of experience and strong Python skills to contribute to a high-performing trading environment. As a Production Engineer, you’ll provide front-line support to ensure the smooth operation of critical trading systems. You’ll work across Windows and Linux environments to manage and troubleshoot manual trading applications, algorithmic trading platforms, exchange/FIX connectivity systems, and risk platforms. Your primary focus will be to keep the trading infrastructure stable and resolve any system issues that may impact front-office trading flows. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-touch user support to trading teams operating across major EMEA and US markets. Investigate and resolve system issues that could affect front-office trading activities. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the reliability of trading systems. Verify that all trading components are fully operational before the start of each trading day. Manage release processes to maintain a stable production environment. Develop monitoring tools to enhance the oversight of trading systems. Provide remote evening/weekend support when necessary. Key Skills and Experience: 3-10 years of relevant experience in production engineering or support roles. Strong proficiency in Python. Experience in financial markets is highly advantageous.
